Chef Nat Russell does not love to cook. He loves to create. One bite of any dish on his southern-fusion menu and your taste buds will know the difference. Dedicated to using fresh ingredients and supporting small farmers, Chef Nat sees every dish as an opportunity to share his love of good, honest food.
As a Culinary Institute of America graduate and the former executive chef of Winter Park’s Café de France, opening The Tennessee Truffle was a natural evolution. Especially for a Memphis-born chef who's passionate about serving inspired dishes made with care and served with authentic southern hospitality.
